Charles’ career spans 20 years in ICT, across a broad range of areas including support, operations, strategic management, project management, business intelligence, systems integration, networking & infrastructure and application development. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, being a dad to his young boy and girl, and following up on his interests including motorsport, music production and photography. At Tangelo, he is a driving force behind the development of the company’s products and services, positioning and identity – enabling the company to develop, grow and ensure consistent service delivery.

Charles has worked as a consultant for NSW state government, including helping a Royal Commission progress towards AS/NZ 7799 compliance (information assets security management), planning and design for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures and undertaking extensive technical documentation.

Previously, as IT Director for public listed marketing and communications consulting group “The Argyll Consultancies” in the UK, Charles was responsible for developing IT strategies to support and enable aggressive growth, and navigate technology integration for several mergers and acquisitions. Working through the era of .com peak and collapse Charles was instrumental in striking effective outsourcing deals and providing an IT platform to enable the group’s transformation from small PR provider to market leader in a difficult business environment.
