Challenge
To design, deploy, and support a stable managed retail IT environment across four major Australian cities and Auckland, New Zealand. Each branch site had to be 100% consistent, integrated into the global backbone, and controlled centrally across the organisation.
Solution
Tangelo provided the client with access to its highly skilled team to design, implement, and manage the solution. In addition to providing a stable, fully managed environment, Tangelo redesigned and restructured the client’s global Active Directory backbone, bringing it in line with best practices and ensuring it formed a solid base to support the new retail branch infrastructure.
