Challenge
To audit existing infrastructure and provide improvement recommendations. To connect 16 branch office sites to a central head office site that housed company-wide applications and servers. In addition, the client was also looking for a technology solution that was capable of sustaining a video surveillance infrastructure to provide the possibility of 24/7 video monitoring of all sites.
Solution
Tangelo’s solution provided the client with access to a cutting-edge, secure, managed virtual private networking solution, integrating the POS branches and easily meeting the minimum requirements required to support video surveillance. As an added benefit, Tangelo was also able to integrate Voice services into the solution, allowing the client to dramatically cut the cost of their monthly voice calls and making the entire solution cost neutral.
